This season, we're focusing on pistacchio and all of its decadent combinations with a plethora of new and exciting flavors that are sure to delight your senses.

Patrizia's career as a gelato chef begins with her enthusiasm to carry on the family business that her father, Giuseppe, started in Orvieto. From him, she learned that the best way to infuse the creamy dessert with the most authentic flavors was by following the seasons. She uses the highest-quality ingredients from local sources. Her goal is to make the flavors of each batch of gelato shine, so that those enjoying a scoop (or two…) can recognize the exquisite and subtle nature of each ingredient.
