Founded in Piemonte in 1878, Venchi follows traditional recipes to create artisanal chocolates with only the finest natural ingredients, such as criollo cocoa, natural vanilla, and the famous Piemontese IGP hazelnut. We believe that gelato and sorbetto are appropriate in any season, and at any time of day. Our gelato is made in-house daily using local, pasteurized whole milk from Hudson Valley Dairy farm. We slowly churn the milk together with the highest quality ingredients like pistachios from Sicilia, hazelnuts from Piemonte, and Venchi chocolate from Torino. Our range of sorbetto is made with whole fruit, and is both dairy-free and egg-free.
