PICK UP
In-store pickup is available at Eataly Chicago, located at 43 East Ohio Street, at our Guest Relations desk on the first floor from 11am - 7pm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a catering order, we appreciate as much advance notice as possible. For orders canceled within 24 hours, Eataly will impose a 50% charge.
