Pasta made from scratch every day by our pastai, meaning "pasta maker," who knead, roll, cut and form each shape at the counter in front of you. Order it by the bowlful, add a glass of Italian wine or beer and eat while the next batch is being rolled. Quick but nothing about it is fast food.
