Scaloppine with Oregano

• 8 slices of veal 
• 12.5 oz of Red Datterino Dolcimetà 
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 spoon of unsalted capers 
• Oregano
• Salt & Pepper 
• Flour, as needed
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil



Flour the slices of veal


Heat a few spoonfuls of oil with the garlic and capers, then add the jar of Red Datterino Dolcimetà. Add salt and pepper to taste, and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove the garlic.


In another pan, heat a few spoonfuls of oil, and sauté the meat on both of sides until fully cooked.


Cover the slices of veal with the tomato sauce and a pinch of oregano.


Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, plate, and garnish with oregano.
