INGREDIENTS
2 lbs frozen Norwegian snow crab clusters, thawed
½ cup butter
2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley, fresh
Lemon wedges, bread, and melted butter, to serve
STEPS
If the clusters are frozen, submerge them in cold water for 20 minutes. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut a length-wise slit into the legs so the butter can reach the meat.
Using a pan large enough to fit all the snow crab clusters, melt the butter over medium heat. Add garlic to the pan. Cook for 1–2 minutes, ensuring garlic does not burn. Add finely chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Continue stirring until the butter is bubbling.
Add the crab clusters to the pan, tossing to coat the crab in the butter. Cook for 5–6 minutes, until the crab is heated through. Serve the snow crab with lemon, bread, and butter.
