Carla Bocchio, an Italian wine educator for Vigna Dorata and Roccolo Grassi, is coming to Eataly Silicon Valley! From Brescia in Northern Italy, Carla brings her extensive knowledge in Italian wine culture to the Bay Area for one night. The Vigna Dorata estate sits in the heart of Franciacorta in Italy featuring the best champagne-style sparkling wine the region has to offer. Try two world class methods of Champenoise sparkling wines with a delicate blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir grapes. The Roccolo Grassi estate located in the Eastern edge of Venetia’s Valpolicella district is known for their famous Italian varieties both red and white. Try 4 different wines from both estates for an incredible Northern Italian experience. Discover these wines and converse with wine expert, Carla Bocchio, to learn about the history, production, and flavors of both estates.

Converse with a wine expert, Carla Bocchio, as she introduces each wine in depth throughout the guided tasting
