The Sardinian soil cultivates a sweet tomato without the use of any pesticides; Antonella's whole peeled tomatoes offer a taste of the southern Italian sun. 

For a simple homemade sauce ready to enjoy with pasta, crush these tomatoes, and saute with garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt.
