This Balsamic Vinegar is obtained from cooked grape must of selected Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes from the countryside of Modena. This extraordinary product is slowly aged for more than 25 years decanting and refilling six antique series of barrels in various wood: cherry, mulberry, juniper, oak, ash, or chestnut.
This product has a glossy, dark brown color and a full-body flavor.
It is perfect with steaks, risotto, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, gelato, fruit and vegetables.
