Uchi / Uchiba x Terra Grill Takeover

On May 16, we’re joining forces with two of Dallas’s best restaurants – Uchi and Uchiba – the brainchildren of James Beard Award‑winning Chef and Owner Tyson Cole, for our latest Terra Grill Takeover! In one night, experience four courses of Japanese-Italian fusion centered around sustainable seafood, the open flame, and seasonal ingredients. Created by Terra’s Chef de Cuisine Francesco Martinelli and Uchi/Uchiba’s Chef Rhonda McCullar, it’s going to be a meal unlike anything else featuring completely unique dishes you won’t find ever again.

The culmination of a lifetime of passion and dedication, Uchi and Uchiba are the creation of James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole, who also happens to be one of the only American sushi masters. Uchi and Uchiba pay respect to Japanese culture while offering non-traditional menus using the highest quality ingredients. Since its creation in 2003, Uchi has been named one of the country’s best sushi restaurants and one of the nation’s “most important restaurants” by Bon Appetit.

Tables are arranged community-style to accomodate groups of 4,6,8.   • MENU

    • 1st: Hama Chili – Yellowtail, Ponzu, Thai chili, Orange Supreme 

      2nd: Risotto al Salmone – Saffron Risotto, Smoked Salmon, Zucchini, Uni 

      3rd: Pork Secreto – Honey and Mustard Marinated Grilled Pork Secreto 

      Side: Coconuts Soubise, koji bok choy

      4th: Torta al Cioccolato - Chocolate Cake, Housemade Gelato, Bourbon Syrup, Candied Pecans

• 1 welcome cocktail and two glasses of wine
