Tortellini: A Hands-On Pasta Workshop

About this Workshop: The perfect pasta dish is the result of high quality ingredients and a well-crafted dough. Join the Chef of La Scuola as they demonstrate that making fresh Tortellini from scratch is not as difficult as you might think! Grab your family & friends, and step into La Scuola to hone your pasta-making skills! 

In this class, guests will:

• Observe the Chef of La Scuola demonstrate how to create the perfect pasta dough
• Take part in a hands-on activity of making pasta dough and shaping Tortellini
• Enjoy an appetizer and a bowl of pasta prepared by our chef of La Scuola
• Enjoy a glass of wine selected by our Beverage Team
• Take home adapted recipes to keep practicing!

Please Note:

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
• Duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes
• This class is suitable for children ages 12 & up
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older
