Tiramisù: A Hands-On Workshop

About this Class: Tiramisù is a delicate medley of rich espresso, creamy mascarpone, and airy ladyfingers, all dusted to perfection in cocoa powder. One taste reminds us why the name translates to “pick-me-up.” Legend has it that the iconic dolce was invented in Treviso, a small and romantic city near Venezia. Today, tiramisù is beloved across the world. During this hands-on workshop, our chef of La Scuola will show guests how to make their own authentic Italian tiramisù from start to finish.

In this class you will:

• Enjoy a course of select salumi & formaggi
• Enjoy wine pairings from our beverage experts
• Observe as our La Scuola chef demonstrates how to make tiramisù step-by-step
• Get hands-on and make your own personal tiramisù!
• Receive recipes to recreate at home

• One ticket purchase is valid for one guest
• Seating is first-come, first-served
• We allow for a 10-minute grace period after the class start time; if the registered guests have not arrived or notified us of late arrival within this period, we reserve the right to open spots to guests on our waitlist
