We invite you to spend your afternoon with us learning about how to create the perfect salumi & formaggi platter that is sure to delight your family and friends. 

Join us at La Scuola di Eataly Dallas as we discover the Art of the Italian Salumi & Formaggi Board. In this class, guests will:

Be taught by an expert cheesemonger, who will lead a tasting of Eataly's favorite cheeses and cured meats, which will be paired with just the right condiments and two perfectly paired Italian wines. 

*Participants must be 21 years or older to purchase and consume alcohol
