This hands-on memorable experience can be used to impress not only yourself, but your friends and family as well. Throughout the class you will be able to perfect your skills alongside our house expert Cheese monger and discover a new appreciation for the duo that is Italian cheese and Salumi. Learn about the assortment of our ingredients while pairing them expertly with an assortment of accoutrements, taste through the SaFo selection with our expert alongside a glass of wine chosen by our beverage expert. Join us to bring home your own Italian cheese and Salumi platter!
Additional Information:
• If you are planning to attend with a separate ticket/order holder, please let us know so we can plan to seat you together. Please note, if purchased a single ticket, you will be seated at a table of two with another individual/party. 
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. You may be standing during some or all this class as you build your board.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
