Join us for this unique class featuring Amedei - Luxury Chocolate Makers and learn how to craft a cioccolato & formaggio board. Taught by Aaron Flamini, the National Manager of Amedei Toscana, and Eataly's expert cheesemonger, you'll learn the steps to create a mouthwatering chocolate and cheese board using high-quality Amedei chocolates and the finest Italian cheeses al featured at Eataly Chicago. We invite you to spend your Saturday afternoon with us in this entertaining hands-on class that is sure to delight your family and friends.
During the class, you'll enjoy a glass of prosecco as you create your own cioccolato & formaggio board featuring an array of Amedei chocolates and three cheeses from our Salumi & Formaggi counter, as well as condiments to pair with the chocolate and cheeses. You will be provided a disposable platter with lid to safely take your platter home. We encourage you to taste the products as you make your own platter!

For this special class, we are offering two registration options: you can either build your own cioccolato & formaggio platter by yourself for $75.00 or you can grab a partner and build one platter together for $100.00. The platters will be the same size for either 1 or 2 people. Please choose the class that best suits you!
When you arrive, please check in at La Scuola (near the Wine Department on the second floor of Eataly Chicago); check-in begins 10 minutes before the start of the class.
Additional Information:
• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. You may be standing during some or all of this class as you build your board.
• Duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Class is a hands-on experience during which guests build their own cioccolato & formaggio board to take and enjoy at home
• Due to the nature of this class, we are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
