Terra Chef's Spotlight: Spring Edition

In this special edition Back to Basics, join us as Terra’s Chef de Cuisine, Samantha Kundrat guides students in making a Terra-inspired spring pasta dish featuring handmade pappardelle, white and green asparagus, lemon butter, and Bertinelli Parmigiano Reggiano DOP ®. In this hands-on class, students will:

• Prepare the dish under the guidance of Terra’s Chef de Cuisine
• Enjoy your dish paired with a wine chosen by an Eataly beverage expert
• Take home adapted recipes, and tasting notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
