This October 19 at Terra, Eataly’s rooftop restaurant, join us as we host Norbert Reinish of Braida Winery to present his wines alongside a specially prepared five-course dinner. Braida is a winery that came to international recognition and acclaim for helping to make Barbera one of Italy’s top grapes. Braida's wines combine the most modern winery techniques with a maniacal respect of the Piemontese winemaking tradition resulting in high-quality wines made from indigenous varieties.
At this wine dinner, guests will taste Braida's various Barbera styles, from soft and silky to bold and lush, as well as other native varietals they make, each paired with a dish, cooked to perfection on the roaring wood-fired grill. As guests bite into each course, Eataly’s chefs, wine experts, and the owner of Braida winery will explain the perfect pairs of the dishes and each glass of wine.
