Taste of Italy: Guided Wine & Antipasto Tasting Experience

Join us in La Scuola as we take a "Tour of Italy" through a Guided Wine & Antipasto Tasting Experience with Eataly Chicago. 

Eataly's salumi e formaggi brand ambassador will give guests general and specific information on two cheeses, two meats and two condiments that pair well with the wines selected for this event.  He will discuss the perfect number and types of cheeses and accompaniments that comprise a lovely Antipasto board, which anyone can create with Eataly's imported and domestic products. 

Eataly's Wine Expert will explain which Italian wines pair well with different cheeses and what types of Italian wine to consider when serving a Formaggi or Antipasto board to family and friends. The Wine Expert will explain the three featured wines, taking the guests on a "viaggio d'Italia" -- a tour of Italy -- with wines originating from different Italian regions. Guests will learn the history of the producers, their vineyards and varietals.

During this event, guests are welcome to ask questions of the Wine and Antipasto Experts and interact with them throughout the guided tasting.

• Seating is guaranteed but is first-come, first-served. Doors open 10 minutes before the start of class.
• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
• Pricing is inclusive of service and exclusive of Chicago sales tax.
