Tartuflanghe carefully chooses the best organic white truffles to combine with this delicate Italian extra virgin olive oil. The olives used to create this extra virgin olive oil are harvested by hand and processed in an antique oil mill near Lake Trasimeno in the region of Umbria, respecting the highest standards of quality. The extra virgin olive oil is delicate, fragrant and smooth with notes of wild herbs that create the perfect base for the enveloping taste of the Tuber Magnatum Pico white truffle.
