For the Honey and White Truffle Mustard, Tartuflanghe has combined mustard with white truffles and wildflower honey to create a delicate sauce with personality. The sweet note given by the honey, and the light spicy taste of the mustard’s grain, ally with white truffle in order to give that specific touch of finesse to each course.

Creating a chef-worthy dish or preparation has never been so easy: carpaccio, tartare, hamburger, white meats such as chicken or rabbit, club sandwich, salmon –both raw or cooked-, smokey herrings but also vegetables.

TartufLanghe was founded by Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro in 1980 in the Langhe area of Piemonte. TartufLanghe was the first company to produce dry products with truffles, giving people the opportunity to enjoy truffles even when not in season. Thanks to this innovation, in 1990 the first truffle-infused pasta in the world was created in the TartufLanghe laboratory: Tartufissima. In recent years, Stefania and Paolo joined the company and they are bringing new ideas to the company. Stefania and Paolo share Piemontese gastronomic traditions, following a strict artisan method of production characterized by high quality and professionalism.
