Mielbio Forest Organic Honey from Rigoni has an amber color and is harvested in the middle of summer both from honeydew and undergrowth flowers. Due to its source, Forest Honey remains liquid for a long time. This honey can be defined as “raw” because it is cold processed, making the honey retain most of the beneficial nutrients, antioxidants, enzymes and organic acids as well as natural antibacterial and antibiotic properties. The flavor is unique, full and aromatic thanks to the undergrowth flowers and honeydew from the Asiago Mountain area. Great for breakfast and for snacks, spread on bread or add to yogurt or milk. 


Rigoni di Asiago is a family-owned company from Altopiano di Asiago situated in the mountainous region of Northeastern Italy. The Rigoni family has been producing delicious, organically farmed jam, honey and chocolate spreads since 1920. Each product is the result of scrupulous work that complies with the highest standards.
