The Colomba with Pistachio Spread by Vergani is a sweet, dove-shaped loaf made with the highest quality ingredients: mother yeast for fluffiness, fresh eggs for an intense yellow color, and high-quality fresh butter for richness. This colomba is filled with Pistachio cream, for a deliciously sweet and savory flavor.

Founded in 1944 in a small pastry shop on Viale Monza in Milan, the enterprising Angelo Vergani started his own bakery. Now, Vergani is celebrated for its traditional holiday panettone (the classic Christmas cake) and other holiday treats.
