The Biscotìn, meaning cookies in Piedmont's dialect, is Officina Nobili Bontà's take on the classic American Chocolate Chip Cookie. The 'Biscotìn' Organic Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with locally-sourced flour and fresh butter, and Fair Trade cocoa from South America and the Dominican Republic.

Officina Nobili Bontà was started by a group of Italian producers and bakers in Vezza d'Alba, in the hills of Piemonte, who shared a desire to produce delicious sweets made with the highest-quality ingredients. The Biscottificio uses only organic raw materials; everything besides the cocoa and vanilla is sourced from trusted local producers, and all their chocolate is fair-trade.

For groups of 5-10 guests, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required to receive a credit in the form of a coupon for a future class or event.
