The item I’m looking for is out of stock/not available online. When will it be available?

Eataly.com offers a curated selection of products from Eataly New York and Eataly Chicago, representing some of our most popular and best-loved products. Online orders are processed separately from our in-store operations, so having a product in the store does not guarantee its online availability. Many of our high-quality goods come from smaller producers, and while we do our best to keep our bestselling products available, demand can sometimes outstrip supply. How do I know that my order was placed?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and a unique confirmation number. Please review the information to make sure it’s correct. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of placing the order, check your junk mail or other folders.

How can I check the status of my order?

I’m having trouble completing my order. What should I do?

We recommend using the most up-to-date version of your preferred browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla, etc.). Try logging out and back in, then restart the checkout process.
