What are the payment options available for my online purchases?

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover), Paypal, and Eataly e-gift cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers.

I have a store credit/promo code. How do I use it?

Enter the promo code at checkout and click “Apply.” The percent discount or dollar amount should be deducted in your order total.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

For physical products to be delivered, sales tax will be determined by the state of the shipping address. For events and classes, an 11.5% tax will be charged for Chicago and 8.25% for New York.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock and not included in my shipment. Was I charged for that item?

When you place your order, the order total is authorized on your method of payment; this amount will appear as a pending charge. The final charge is not captured until your order ships and will reflect any adjustments to your order.
