Gifts and Gift Boxes

I’m ordering gift items for a special someone. Should I enter their email address?

All correspondence regarding your purchase will be sent to the email address entered, so be sure to use your own email address to start your order. We want to make sure we can reach out with any questions, and we wouldn’t want to spoil the surprise for the recipient!

Can I include a note with my order?

You can include a gift message during the checkout process.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! To build your own gift box, add the desired selection of products to your shopping bag, select the gift wrapping and/or gift message options at checkout, and we will hand-pack everything in a perfectly-sized gift box — wrapped up in a bow. Please note that our gift-wrapping service does not apply to items such as gift boxes (we already wrapped those!); bulk orders; or fresh meat, fresh truffles, and caviar.

I like one of your pre-made gift boxes, but I wish it included a different item. Can I make a substitution?

Items included in our curated gift boxes cannot be removed or substituted. If there’s a different item you would love to include, try making a custom gift box by following the gift wrapping instructions above.

Can you make sure that no prices are shown in my order?

All orders are shipped with a packing list to confirm that all contents were shipped, but there is never any pricing or payment information included.
