Delivery and Returns

What is your return and refund policy for items purchased in-store?

We take great care and pride in selecting the highest quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days with your receipt for an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges on housewares items are valid only if products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. Contact our Guest Relations team with any questions regarding returns at 212.897.2895 or dt-guestrelations@eataly.com.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned in the stores. For questions about returns/refunds for online purchases please call 212.539.0833 or email customerservice@eataly.com.
