Delivery and Returns

What is your return and refund policy for items purchased in-store?

We take great care and pride in selecting the highest quality products for our customers! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt for an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges on housewares items are valid only if products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. Contact our Guest Relations team with any questions regarding returns at (213) 310-8000 or at la-guestrelations@eataly.com.

 

Please note: Items purchased online cannot be returned in the stores. For questions about returns/refunds for online purchases, please call (212) 539-0833 or email customerservice@eataly.com.
