What is the format of the cooking classes?

At Chef’s Table, we have three class formats: Hands-On, Sip & Savor, and Chef's Table.

During our Hands-On classes our resident chef will prepare each dish step by step in our open kitchen, demonstrating how to make each recipe. Guests then get to make and eat each dish themselves, while following provided recipes and tasting notes. Each dish is typically matched with a complimentary wine pairings.

In our Sip & Savor series, you’ll get to sit back and relax as you taste a variety of Italian specialties, often paired with complimentary wines. As you taste, our experts will tell you about the history and some fun facts about each dish. Please note that Sip & Savor is more of a lecture-style series and is not hands on.

Chef's Table is our full-course dinner series prepared by resident or guest chefs. Each dinner is comprised of 4 to 5 courses, paired with wine and interesting stories about the dish’s origins.
