Do you deliver groceries, wine, and spirits?

Yes, we will deliver your groceries, wine, and spirits throughout the Chicago metropolitan area from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at these designated delivery zones and rates

Do you deliver wine?

Yes, Eataly Vino, our wine shop, will ship our high-quality wines to your doorstep; however, there are certain states to which we cannot legally send alcohol. Please click here to view our shipping policy.

What is your return and refund policy for items purchased in-store?

At Eataly Chicago, we take great care and pride in selecting the highest quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days with your receipt for an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges on housewares items are valid only if products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging. Contact our Guest Relations team with any questions regarding returns at 312.521.8700 or email us at guestrelationschi@eataly.com.

Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned in the stores.
