What is your return and refund policy for items purchased in-store?

At Eataly Chicago, we take great care and pride in selecting the highest quality products for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) with the respective receipt within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges on houseware items are only valid if products have not been used and are returned in their original packaging.
