Truffles
If you place an order for truffles by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Thursday, your truffles will ship the same day with guaranteed delivery the next day.

If you place an order for truffles after 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Monday through Wednesday, your truffles will ship the following business day.

Truffles ordered after 3 p.m. Thursday will ship the following week. Sunday orders received after 9 a.m., will ship out on Tuesday.

Fresh Meat
Because all fresh meat items are cut to order by butchers at Pat LaFrieda Meats, there is additional processing time before these items ship. Orders are prepared between Monday and Wednesday 4 P.M. and shipped the following business day. Please refer to the chart below to see when your order will ship:

Can I get meat delivered for tomorrow?

All orders must be completed 24 hours in advance for timely preparation and delivery. While delays are rare, they do happen. We package everything in preparation for at least 48 hours of shipping time.

Caviar:

Calvisius - We ship via UPS Next Day Air. Orders received before 11 am EST will ship the same day. Orders received after 11 am EST will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed from 11 am EST on Thursday to 11 am EST on Monday will be shipped the following Monday.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, it is recommended to order your caviar at least 7 days before the expected day.

Due to high-order volumes, shipping of Fresh Caviar may be delayed. We package everything in preparation for at least 72 hours of shipping time.

Please note: Orders will not be delivered on National Holidays and Mondays.

Salumi & Formaggi:

Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will ship within two business days. Orders placed from Thursday through Sunday ship by Tuesday of the following week. Shipping delays may occur due to heightened delivery volumes and mandatory COVID-19 related safety measures.
