The Cutrera family has been cultivating olives in Chiaramonte Gulfi, Sicilia, since 1906. Today, the family continues to manage the company, taking care of over 50 hectares of olive groves in southeastern Sicilia.

Cutrera's artisanal Pesto & Bruschetta Ibleo is aromatic and flavorful. Following an old family recipe, it is comprised of  rich sun-dried tomatoes, tomato sauce, Tonda Iblea extra virgin olive oil, hyblean wild fennel seeds, almonds from Avola, Trapani sea salt, chili, and oregano.

This delicious condiment is excellent spread on crackers, bruschetta, and even pizza.
