We invite you to La Scuola to learn the master craft of the salumi & formaggi platter. This hands-on memorable experience can be used to impress not only yourself, but your friends and family as well. Throughout the class you will be able to perfect your skills alongside our chef and discover a new appreciation for the duo that is Italian cheese and Salumi. Learn about the assortment of our ingredients while pairing them expertly with an assortment of accoutrements, taste through the SaFo selection with our expert alongside a glass of wine chosen by our wine expert. Join us to bring home your own Italian cheese and Salumi platter!

Please Note:

• Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes.
• Seating is first-come first-served.
• Physical tickets are not required, all tickets will be sent via email and be presented at the door to check-in for the class.
• All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
