Armed with a pair of tongs and some olive oil, our chef will highlight the versatility of indoor grilling techniques. Guests will enjoy a 3-course meal celebrating our Dry Age Weekend sale. The meal will be paired with cocktails from FEW Spirits, an Evanston-based distillery who will have a representative speaking to you during the class.
