Summer Fridays: Classic Italian Cocktails 101 at Il Patio di Eataly

Welcome to Cocktail Fest –– Eataly’s first-ever celebration of classic Italian drinks! In this class, we're raising a glass to Italy’s influence on global cocktail culture. Think of it as an introduction to aperitivo (or pre-dinner cocktail hour) at the best bars in Milan. And don’t worry –– your Italian will definitely improve after a few negroni.

Become an aficionado of the finest spirits from Italy and learn how to create our Eataly twists on classic Italian cocktails from Milan and beyond. In this tasting experience, students will:

• Learn about Italian liquors and spirits
• Watch an Eataly beverage manager make different cocktails 
• Taste cocktails while an enjoying an indiviudal cheeseboard
• Take home cocktail notes

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
