Eataly Silicon Valley is proud to invite you to experience an all-new La Pizza & La Pasta. Starting on April 28, the reimagined concepts will spotlight Italy’s most iconic cities through a regionally focused program.
Featuring limited-run menus that showcase the uniqueness of Italy’s culinary practices, guests will be able to indulge in the typical dishes and wines of a specific region for a span of 8 weeks. Beginning in Rome, in the region of Lazio, Eataly will provide the opportunity to dive deeper into the city’s traditions through a curated food and beverage menu, special events, hands-on classes and workshops, and more.
THE MENU
Inspired by the icons of Roman cuisine, menu highlights include Eataly interpretations on the classics – antipasti from crispy supplì to fried artichokes served tableside with creamy Cacio e Pepe sauce, indulgent pastas like Rigatoni alla Carbonara or Fettucine “Alfredo” Burro e Parmigiano Reggiano® DOP, and more.
