Terra's expert chefs will cook the selected prized cut, following your choice of cut from the butcher counter. Inspired by Earth and Fire, experience the simple flavors of our earthy dishes cooked over the flames of our custom wood-burning grill. Served table side.

Monday, January 30th through Thursday, February 2nd, for lunch and dinner | At Terra

1. Select your cut at the Butcher Counter with the help of our experts.

2. Provide your name along with your selected cut.

3. Head to Terra and let our host know you would like to dine with our specialty program 'You Pick, We Cook'. No reservation needed.

4. Your final bill at Terra will include your prized cut with two complimentary contorni and the addition of a $40 cooking fee.

5. And enjoy your meal!
