Escape the pavement of Fifth Avenue to Italy’s iconic coastline with a menu that celebrates both land and sea, from a bruschetta bar to an oyster boat. As you relax among the festive umbrellas and cabanas under our retractable roof, enjoy this easy-to-eat coastal fare paired with housemade craft beers, regional Italian wines, cocktails, and a dedicated rosé menu featuring more than 50 producers.

In this special series, you have the rare opportunity to meet the people behind the beer. We invite local craft breweries to pour their latest favorite brews, so you can sip and chat with them. No need to register; seating at the bar is first come, first served.

September 27, 6-8 p.m. | Dogfish Head
Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats was founded in 1995 by Sam Calagione in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Not only was it Delaware’s first brewpub, it was the smallest commercial brewery in America. Dogfish Head is known for pioneering the continuous hopping process, originally showcased in their best-selling 60-minute IPA. The name comes from Sam's favorite summertime haunt: Dogfish Head, Maine. A born and bred New Englander, Sam decided to bring a little bit of home with him to Delaware.


Autumn is around the corner, and what better way to celebrate the cool weather than with beer-themed dinners under the stars?

When SABBIA transitions back to La Birreria in October, we will team up with local breweries to host a series of specially-curated four-course dinners with craft beer pairings. Throughout the evening, members of the featured brewery will join guests as they sip, chat, eat, and repeat under the stars on our year-round heated rooftop.

Host a memorable party or dinner under the stars! Seated group reservations are available on the roof for 11 to 30 guests with a family-style or prix-fixe menu. For a unique experience, book a festive semi-private cabana for up to 25 guests. SABBIA is also available for full buyouts for up to 150 seated guests.
