SABBIA — “sand” in Italian — is our pop-up rooftop restaurant inspired by the Italian seaside. Escape the hot pavement of Fifth Avenue to Italy’s iconic coastline with a menu that celebrates both land and sea, from an all-new bruschetta bar to an oyster boat. As you relax among the festive umbrellas and cabanas under our retractable roof, enjoy this easy-to-eat coastal fare paired with housemade craft beers, regional Italian wines, summer-friendly cocktails, and an all-new dedicated rosé menu featuring more than 50 refreshing vintages. 

After being taken over by BAITA during the colder months, SABBIA is reopening on May 1 at 11:30 a.m. on the rooftop! Celebrate the return of our Italian seaside restaurant with complimentary frozen Negroni for one day only.

PRIVATE DINING & EVENTS

Seated group reservations are available at SABBIA for 11 to 30 guests with a family-style or prix-fixe menu. Reservations can be booked as far as 90 days in advance, up to two weeks prior to the date of the event. SABBIA is also available for full buyouts for up to 150 seated guests.
