It's official, New York. We're dedicating two whole weeks to our most beloved staples: la pizza and la pasta. From May 13 to 26, celebrate all things pizza and pasta at Eataly with a special line up of workshops, classes, tastings, and market offers.

Calzone Napoletano from Eataly

1. DISCOVER OUR NEW 'CALZONE NAPOLETANO' MENU

A new addition to our menu at La Pizza & La Pasta restaurant, our calzone Napoletano is made with the same dough that we use for our Neapolitan-style pizzas. Our pizzaioli stretch the dough into a round shape, fill one side with fresh ingredients like ricotta, mozzarella, meat, and vegetables, then fold it over and seal the edges to form a half-moon pocket. We bake each one in our dedicated wood-fire burning oven at a slightly lower temperature than our pizza napoletana until perfectly cooked throughout.

2. TRY A DIFFERENT ROMAN-STYLE PIZZA ALLA PALA EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK

With its thick, fluffy crust and fresh toppings, each slice of our Roman-style bakery pizza is a work of art. Try a new slice every week at Alla Pala Pizza & Enoteca with our new, rotating selection! In addition to our classic menu, each week we'll introduce three new slices, offering a variety of meat and vegetarian options.
