To celebrate one year of Il Pastaio, our housemade fresh pasta restaurant, and bar, we've got some extra special pasta plans! To honor what the restaurant stands for, our series of Tavolo Takeover events are back! Featuring guest chefs like Evan Funke of Felix Trattoria in L.A. and Stefano Secchi of Rezdora in New York, our guest pastai will be making their own fresh pasta specialties at our pasta table in the middle of the restaurant. Check the schedule for exclusive demonstrations, special dishes, and more!

Then, book your table to taste Italy's regional fresh pasta dishes at Il Pastaio, where we'll be doing a deep dive into regional pasta shapes each month – starting with gnocchi!  Meaning "knuckles," gnocchi are most often associated with Northern Italy and found all over the peninsula. This October, see how it is made and try one of these special dishes at Il Pastaio.
