At Eataly, we are proud to offer a wide variety of extra virgin olive oil from producers that exclusively harvest in Italy. All of our olive oils are "extra virgin," and many come from single-estate farms that still following traditional methods for making their boutique extra virgin olive oils. As for our aceto balsamico di Modena, rest assured that it is the real deal: authentic balsamic vinegar from Modena can only be produced in a specific area of Emilia-Romagna, made from the grape must of the local grape varieties.

Drizzle the buttery, mellow notes of ROI's Ligurian extra virgin olive oil over roasted fish or enjoy the clean, fresh notes of Frantoio Franci's Tuscan extra virgin olive oil in your next insalata. Add a few drops of Acetaia Modena's Traditional Aceto Balsamico di Modena DOP atop hunks of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP for a complex, delectable snack!
