From July 5-15, Eataly NYC Flatiron is toasting to one of Italy's most prized ingredients with La Festa dell'Olio: a celebration of extra virgin olive oil, from branch to bottle.

At Eataly, we are proud to offer a wide variety of extra virgin olive oil from producers that exclusively harvest in Italy. All of our olive oils are "extra virgin," and many come from single-estate farms that still following traditional methods for making their boutique extra virgin olive oils.
