La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers).

For the pizza, Eataly has teamed up with the experts at Rossopomodoro, a Napoli-based pizza company, to bring you traditional Neapolitan pizza. Creamy mozzarella, charred yet elastic crust, and sweet San Marzano tomatoes make for a pizza so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli (pizza makers).


To create our traditional but innovative dishes, our chefs cook with both fresh pasta made daily at our fresh pasta counter and air-dried and bronze-extruded pasta from Campania, Italy. Regardless, our pasta is always al dente, just like in Italy, balanced with fresh, seasonal ingredients and regional Italian sauces.

Mondays through Thursdays, taste your way across Italy with Pasta Giro, our all-you-can-eat pasta menu! From the fresh agnolotti del plin of northern Piemonte to the dried vesuvio al ragù di agnello of southern Campania, Italian pasta varies based on the regional biodiversity and traditions. Try as many varieties as you can for just $35 per person plus an optional $15 for wine pairings. Get the details!


On Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m., gather around the table and enjoy the Italian tradition of pranzo della domenica – Sunday-style lunch. This special weekend-only menu features shareable appetizers, pasta, and dessert with optional wine pairings, perfect for enjoying among family and friends. Explore the menu!

Sign up for Pizza Lab! Every weekend, we host a pizza workshop at La Pizza & La Pasta.

In this flash lab, our Rossopomodoro pizzaioli will teach you the secrets of their trade as you learn how to make your own pizza dough from scratch. Then choose your favorite toppings and we’ll bake your personal pizza  to perfection in our wood-fire burning oven. Finally, you’ll get to enjoy your pizza masterpiece paired with a glass of vino. You’ll even get to take home extra dough to continue your pizza practice at home!
