While hosted by La Birreria, the wintry restaurant is unrecognizable with a renovated space (think: rooftop cabin), ski-inspired decor, and an all-new food and drink menu — but with the same skyline view that you love, of course! In collaboration with Sam Calagione of Dogfish Head and Teo Musso of Baladin, Eataly's head brewer is brewing unfiltered, unpasteurized, and naturally-carbonated cask ales just 30 feet from where you sit, eat, and drink. Each of our housemade cask ales is served through traditional hand pumps at the perfect temperature, so you can enjoy our beers in the most natural and traditional way.
