ROTISSERIE CHICKENS

Roasted fresh every day, our whole rotisserie chickens are raised on Cascun Farm, a family-run farm located on 125 acres of rolling pasture in upstate New York. The chickens are fed a wholesome diet without the use of antibiotics or artificial hormones.

At Rosticceria e Panini, we roast these chickens to perfection with your choice of seasonings, from Classico (sea salt and black pepper) to Toscano (black pepper, rosemary, and fennel seeds). These rotisserie creations are made fresh and ready to go from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., so you can enjoy them wherever you want.

ITALIAN PANINI

The counter also offers a selection of traditional hot and cold Italian panini for breakfast (8-11 a.m.), lunch, and dinner (11:30 a.m.-10 p.m.). Each is prepared with high-quality local and Italian meats, cheeses, and seasonal vegetables, all sandwiched in a housemade baguette, ciabatta (crunchy roll), or focaccia Romana (Roman-style bread that's crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside). All ingredients are sourced directly from our own store: the fresh produce department, salumi and formaggi counter, and bakery.

Pick up a ready-to-go panini, or have your favorite made to order, like our famous juicy prime rib, a succulent sandwich made simply with 100% Black Angus Beef from Creekstone Farms, extra virgin olive oil, housemade porcini rub, and a touch of sea salt, wrapped in our housemade classic baguette.
