DIGESTIVI 3 WAYS

In Italy, the ideal meal begins, develops, and ends with an array of drinks, each with a particular purpose for each course. Skip to the end of the meal, after the last dessert plate has been cleared: it’s digestivo time!

A digestivo, or digestif, is a liqueur drank after a meal to aid in digestion. At Vergnano you can now enjoy our selection of grappa and liquori in three unique ways: sipped alone as a digestivo, added to your coffee as a caffé corretto, or added to your cup after you drink your coffee as a rinse, called a resentin - customary Italian way of cleaning out the last bit of coffee from the cup by pouring in some alcohol.

So head over to Vergnano to end your meal Italian style!

CHOOSE YOUR BLEND

AZOMICO PRESERVATION

An incredible system to preserve the freshness of coffee, our azomico silos hold our coffee beans. Nitrogen is inserted into the silos at a pressure higher than two bars. This pressure prevents the beans from expelling gas and aromas, avoiding the negative effect of oxidation. All of this keeps our coffee beans fresh so that when they are finely ground, all you get is pure, good taste.
