What really makes the perfect Italian cappuccino? We're glad you asked. The Lavazza Cappuccino at Eataly starts with Lavazza Top Class Espresso, a well-balanced blend of hand-picked Arabica beans from Brazil and Indian Arabica and Robusta beans from the Island of Java. The coffee is freshly ground to retain its strength, as well as the bitter chocolate and fruit flavors of the beans.

Next, we combine a perfectly pulled espresso with 2.5 ounces each of hot and foamed milk. Our local, non-standardized whole milk comes from Hudson Valley Fresh in upstate New York, which we selected for its high butterfat content (over 4%!) and the fact that it is always all-natural and fresh, just as the cows produce it. Fresh whole milk has the right amount of fats and proteins to achieve perfect creaminess and a glossy, frothy finish. The result? A perfectly balanced, authentic cappuccino, every time.
