Since the opening of our Flatiron flagship store in 2010, we've seen millions of visitors enjoy a meal at La Pizza & La Pasta. And now, nine years later, we're ready to give our most-loved restaurant a fresh face!

Our most popular restaurant, La Pizza & La Pasta embodies everything a good Italian restaurant should have: quality ingredients, authentic flavor, and classic dishes. Serving up traditional Neapolitan-style pizza as well as housemade fresh pasta and classics like spaghetti al pomodoro, this always-packed, always-fun restaurant is an Eataly favorite by far.

MODERN AMBIANCE

As Italians, we know that good food deserves good design. So, we've renovated our tables, chairs, and windows, giving the restaurant a more open feel with a lot more natural light (you’re welcome, Instagrammers). Get ready to sit back and soak up the modern vibes all while watching our dough-slinging pizzaioli toss pizzas into our golden wood-burning ovens. #PizzaGram winning.

TIMELESS CLASSICS, NEW FAVORITES

While we still have the same classics like Pizza Margherita and Cacio e Pepe, our new menu offers innovative twists on the classics from roasted carrots with ricotta and salsa verde to black truffle pizza. Together with our chefs, we're bringing your favorites to the forefront, creating a simpler menu that reflects our most popular items, plus fresh rotating plates to reflect the changing of the seasons.

THE PERFECT SPAGHETTO AL POMODORO

Five ingredients. One Dish. Lo spaghetto al pomodoro is one of those dishes that's so simple, yet so difficult to get right. We wanted to find the best recipe we could, so turned to the source: Italy. We've adopted the perfect recipe from our Eataly family in Italy, where each ingredient has been carefully tested for taste, quality, and texture – even the salt. But don't take our word for it – according to a recent Time Out New York review, Eataly's spaghetto is "phenomenal" and "worth the hype."
