Join us at SABBIA on the rooftop for a "hopping" good time during these special events featuring local breweries from 6 to 8 p.m.

Beer enthusiasts will attest that New York is lucky to be surrounded by a number of craft breweries. Small and independent, these breweries follow traditional recipes for beer, the flavor of which derives from traditional or innovative ingredients and fermentation (opposed to flavor additives). The resulting craft beer is smooth, complex, and delicious.

With our “Meet the Brewery” series, you have the rare opportunity to meet the people behind the beer. No need to register for this event; seating at the bar is first come, first served.

Here's what's coming up!

September 21, 6-8 p.m. | Toast Ale
Founded in London in 2016 by Tristram Stuart and brought to the U.S. by Madi Holtzman later that year, Toast Ale sources fresh, surplus bread that would otherwise be wasted. We collaborated on a beer with them, Salute!

September 27, 6-8 p.m. | Dogfish Head
Dogfish Head Brewing & Eats was founded in 1995 by Sam Calagione in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Not only was it Delaware’s first brewpub, it was the smallest commercial brewery in America. Dogfish Head is known for pioneering the continuous hopping process, originally showcased in their best-selling 60-minute IPA. The name comes from Sam's favorite summertime haunt: Dogfish Head, Maine. A born and bred New Englander, Sam decided to bring a little bit of home with him to Delaware.
