Enjoy a spirited evening with Black Dirt Bourbon on Thursday, March 23, from 6 to 8 p.m.Representatives of the New York distillery will join us at BAITA to chat about production of their small-batch bourbon, offer a specialty cocktail at a special price, and toast the skyline.
Black Dirt Distilling takes its name from the dark, fertile soil left by an ancient glacial lake that once covered thousands of acres of upstate New York, where it produces high-quality liquors. Perfectly suited for growing crops such as corn, this black dirt has never been used for Bourbon production – until now.
No need to register for this event; seating at the bar is first come, first served. Learn more about "Meet the Distillery," our rooftop series dedicated to small-scale local and Italian distilleries, here!
